They are the best..worked for 6 days installing two replacement systems on the house and finished within their estimated time. The extra cleanup left the site pristine. HIGHLY Recommend Pritchard Fallin for your HVAC needs! I am very happy with the professionalism and care the team at Pritchard Fallin offered me while getting my new HVAC! They were knowledgeable and explained the process well. As you can see I really needed a new unit , my old one was all rusted and not efficient. My new HVAC works like a charm.

Jackson is a professional..On time and Great inspection. He found some potential problems that would have caused a failure in the future.
Problems with Geothermal unit and our servicer was excellent as usual. Also taught us about the system so we may avoid it in the future.
My AC went out. They came,looked the system over and researched to find exact replacementParts including the "A" frame that fits atop the blower.in the furnace cabinet. Response time was excellent a week earlier than planned. Saved me thousands of dollars.

Pritchard & Fallin is a dependable, knowledgeable company. With a building with 16 HVAC units, we regularly have need of repair and replacement. We are always confident that repairs will be completed in a timely, gracious, and expert manner.
Very pleased with the knowledgeable technician that it arrived at our house on the same day that I called about my heat pump not working. He diagnosed a few issues and suggested replacing the system, given the problems and the age of the system.I’ll post another review once we repair the old, or Install a new system.

I am very happy with our new Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system, Bill gave me the peace of mind of why this would be the system to get. Ogle and Santos were the installers and those guys were awesome, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the location of the units and everything looks so clean and tidy no wires or hoses dangling anywhere. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re wanting a new system.

Excellent service using professional service personnel. Always on time or when adjustments to schedule are needed you are notified early and kept apprised as to progress of service personnel. Work areas are always kept clean and service personnel are courteous and answer any questions asked in a polite manner.
